How we handle your data and AI

The short version: your data stays yours, every AI deliverable is reviewed by a person, and we build for the regulatory environment that's coming — not just the one that exists today.

    Data Sovereignty

Your data stays yours. Your responses, documents, and business data are used only to produce your deliverables. We do not sell your data or use it to train public AI models. We use a small set of service providers, such as email delivery, hosting, and the AI services that help draft your analysis, only to do that work. Client information is not stored beyond the scope of your engagement. Working data is retained only for the duration of your engagement and a short audit window after delivery, then removed on request.

    Voice Input

Voice input is optional. If you use the microphone button, your browser's own speech service converts your speech to text and may process the audio under its own privacy terms. We never receive or store the audio, only the text you submit. You can always type instead.

    Human-in-the-Loop Review

AI accelerates analysis, but every Blueprint, Roadmap, strategy, recommendation, and insight is reviewed by a human operator for accuracy before it reaches you. I personally review every deliverable. No Blueprint is sent until a person has approved it. We treat AI output as a draft, not a deliverable, until a person has validated the logic, numbers, and tone.

    Regulatory Posture

We build with future-proof security standards in mind. We design our processes to align with emerging AI governance frameworks (NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act risk tiers) so your business stays ahead of regulatory shifts and the work we deliver doesn't have to be re-done as the rules harden. Work for regulated industries can be scoped to the rules that apply to your business.
